How does it work?
Before the loan selection process begins, I walk clients through the decision-making procedure in the form of an individualised and complimentary consultation. This process ensures that all variables are considered as we search for the most optimal plan for you, your business, or both. Typically, our consultations follow a 3-step process.
Meet and greet
The client provides background into their personal situation and/or business, and we establish goals.
Presentation
A presentation is offered that describes which banks will suit the client’s needs and why.
Sign
After making a selection, the client signs the documents, and we move forward with the project until settlement.
After settlement I check in with you on a regular basis to ensure your satisfaction and answer any questions.
During and after consultations, I will explain each aspect of our services and prospective or chosen loans in full detail, and I handle all paperwork. If any questions arise, I will be contactable to solve all enquiries. First and foremost, my priority is to clarify any areas of unfamiliarity, and offer you the tools and insight to make an informed decision based on your best interests.
